2019 International Conference on Information Technologies and Control Engineering

Dec. 16-18, 2019, HangZhou, China

2019 International Conference on Information Technologies and Control Engineering (ICITCE2019) accepts original and unpublished papers. All submissions to the conference will undergo a precise and strict reviewing process. The peer reviewers will evaluate the paper and give suggestions on revising based on its originality, significance of the research, and the relevance to conference. It is anticipated that a broad range of research and applied topics in the fields of Information Technologies and Control Engineering will be covered.

Both Full paper and Abstract are welcome.

English is the official language of the conference. Papers submitted to the conference should be written in English.

Accepted full paper will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN. Authors will be invited to give oral presentations at the conference.

Accepted abstract will be included in the conference guide but will not be published. Authors also can give oral presentations at the conference.

Accepted full papers will be published by the cooperating publisher Science Publishing Group (SciencePG) in Proceedings of 2019 International Conference on Information Technologies and Control Engineering (ISBN: 978-1-940366-82-1). After publication, the conference cooperating publisher SciencePG will submit the proceedings to CPCI (ISTP/Web of Science) for review and possible indexing. In addition, the proceedings will also be indexed by CNKI, WorldCat, JournalSeek, CrossRef and so on.

Introduction of CPCI

The Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) is a citation index produced by Clarivate Analytics covering conference proceedings. CPCI formerly known as ISTP (Index to Scientific & Technical Proceedings), was founded in 1978 by the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI). The index includes conference documents from the disciplines of life sciences, physical chemistry, agricultural biology and environmental sciences, engineering technology, management information, educational development, social sciences, and applied sciences. Among them, engineering and applied sciences account for about 35%, and other professional disciplines account for about 65%. CPCI is one of the three major searches in the world. Number of articles indexed by CPCI is one of the important criteria for evaluating the achievements of countries, organizations, and researchers.

Introduction of CNKI

CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) is a key national information construction project. This project was firstly launched in 1996 by Tsinghua University and Tsinghua Tongfang Company. The first database was China Academic Journals Full-text Database (CD version), which became popular in China rapidly, especially in academic libraries. In 1999, CNKI started to develop online databases. Till now, CNKI has built a comprehensive China Integrated Knowledge Resources System, including journals, doctoral dissertations, masters' theses, proceedings, newspapers, yearbooks, statistical yearbooks, ebooks, patents, standards and so on. 10 services centers have been set in Beijing, North America, Japan, North Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. And it is widely used by universities, research institutes, governments, think tanks, companies, hospitals and public libraries around the world. CNKI keeps integrating new contents and developing new products in 2 aspects: full-text academic resources, software on digitization and knowledge management. Began with academic journals, CNKI has become the largest and mostly-used academic online library in China.
